What is Clued?
Clued is a seller app for community sellers to run your shop, your way. From the app you can... Generate your own website. Add items to it in seconds. Share from your Clued shop to Instagram or wherever your community is, build your own direct buyer community.... And a whole lot more.

Heck yes, we do! Clued generates your own website for you to sell your goods. Want to keep some items exclusive? No problem—you can keep items unpublished and share payment links only with the lucky few.
Do my customers need to download the Clued app to buy from my site?
Nope! They just need the internet and your shop link.
Can I sell in person with the Clued app?
You bet. Clued makes selling easier everywhere—online, offline, or anywhere in between.
Can I use Clued like a point-of-sale system?
Absolutely. Clued makes in-person selling a breeze. Manage inventory, accept credit card payments instantly with tap-to-pay, and log cash transactions - all in one place.
Can I accept Buy Now, Pay Later on my Clued shop?
Yes - its baked in. Apple Pay takes care of that for you. For orders $75+, your customers can tap "Buy with Apple Pay" and choose "Pay Later." You get paid instantly, they pay over time. Win-win!
How much does Clued cost to use?
The Clued starter plan costs $0 per month. You pay only a low transaction fee of 5%, plus Stripe's credit card processing fees. You can also upgrade to Clued Max at any time to pay ZERO transaction fees, and access premium features like unlimited scenes to stand out on your socials.
How much are the credit card processing fees?
Clued partners with Stripe to process credit card sales for you. For online sales, you’ll pay Stripe's 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction. For in person tap-to-pay sales, you'll pay Stripe's 2.7% + $0.15 per transaction.
Are you on Android?
Not yet. For now, we’re iPhone-first. Android users, stay tuned!
How do I update my URL?
Email us at support@clued.xyz with your current Clued URL and what you'd like it changed to, and we'll update it asap.
